This Tibetan Thangka uses Ox skin as the base, then the Tibetan artist use the pigment to paint the Tibetan Buddha. The color is very pretty and the graphic is very precise. Before Thangka was only for religious purpose; however, with its artistic value, Thangka becomes a new decoration item and collectable for collector. Please note there are area with minor wear-off of pigment.
