This is a nicely done hand embroidery of Sitting Kwan Yin Tara Thangka. It is good to be a wall art or for personal religious purpose.
Originally, traveling monks carry the Thangka around because the scroll paintings were easily rolled and transported from monastery to monastery. These thangka served as important teaching tools depicting the life of the Buddha, various influential lamas and other deities and Bodhisattva.
