We are 10 minute away from San Francisco International airport therefore "bay area" customer in CA can pickup at our location with no charge.
We ship by UPS, FedEx, USPS and Freight line. Customer pays shipping charge.
Customer is responsible to report any damage within 7 days receiving the item. All packing material should be kept in case a claim is needed. We are not responsible for any damage cost if damage claim can not be filed to insurance company due to customer's mistake - "did not keep the original packaging material and box".
Return must be done within 7 days after received merchandise. Any discrepancy must be reported within 3 days. All return and exchange must be in the same condition as ship with insurance & original package box, materials. Shipping and labor charge is non-refundable. Buyer pays round-trip shipping for returning item. We have the right to reject any unauthorized return. Any items that purchase & hold in our store for more than 7 days before ship cannot be returned for refund.
